Maths Magic with Dr. Fernando Blasco

Dr. Fernando Blasco is a mathematician and lecturer at the Polytechnic University of Madrid, interested in recreational maths and magic. He uses magic to introduce the public to topics such as prime numbers, knot theory, sudoku, topology, number systems, mind games, calendars or quick calculations. He is absolutely convinced that if we knew more details around mathematics we would fall into discipline.
Date: Monday 14th October
Time: 12.00 – 1.00 talk and 1.00 – 2.00 fun games.
