Tipperary Museum has developed a maths trail for students as a way of exploring the Museum exhibitions as well as putting into practice what they have learnt in the maths curriculum.  Pupils do not need to be in the Museum to do this trail but any school group wishing to visit the Museum are welcome to do so to complete the trail. Contact museum@tipperarycoco.ie to arrange. The booklet features images of objects from the Museum exhibition, some age-appropriate information about the object and the maths style questions.  The final question does say to find 3D items in the displays but this could be easily adapted to the classroom/home situation.  The answers are contained in the back of the booklet as well.
