The Maths Museum of Catalonia workshop for preservice teachers

[Audience]: Pre-Service teachers

Guido Ramellini and Dr Fernando Corbalan from the Museum of Mathematics of Catalonia are coming to UL for Maths Week. They will deliver a workshop for pre-service teachers where they will present several examples of resources that are easy to build and bring into the classroom, coming from different sources, which will be easily accessible to all mathematics teachers. All resources that will be shared are designed for use in the classroom to aid with the effective teaching and learning of mathematics. The materials that they will work through on the day are suitable for students with different levels of ability, and they have the potential to be enriched through conversation and under the stimulation of teachers
