Edible ‘Ryan the Reindeer’ Slime

Description

Delicious gooey chocolate reindeer slime in a glass jar. This easy recipe has only 5 ingredients and will keep you entertained for hours. It’s both great fun to play with and tasty!

Materials

1 glass jar, white paper, scissors, black marker, 2 yellow post-its, red/pink marker, blue tack, plate, bowl, tablespoon

Handful of mini marshmallows/ 6 big marshmallows (either colour works)
1 tbsp of coconut oil

5 squares of chocolate (preferably milk)

2tbsp cornflour

2tbsp icing sugar

Wash hands

Add marshmallows and 1 tbsp coconut oil to bowl

Microwave for 2 minutes, while mixture is in microwave break up your chocolate

Take care when taking bowl out of microwave contents may be hot!

Add chocolate and microwave for an additional minute

Take your plate and put two tbsp of icing sugar and two of cornflour, make a ‘well’ in the centre

Stir chocolate and marshmallow mixture together if not already combined and pour onto plate in ‘well’

Mix until the mixture comes together, to a little ball, put aside

Get your two yellow post-its and using the black marker, draw antlers. Cut them out

On the white paper you are going to draw two eyes and a circle. Fill the circle with your coloured marker, this will be the reindeer’s nose. Cut them out

Stick the antlers to the lid of the jar and the eyes and nose to the side.

Put slime inside jar and close the top
