Tríona Nic Fhinn is an experienced educator with a background in Primary Mathematics Education. Having worked as a professional development facilitator for primary teachers in Mathematics, Science, and STEM, she now works as an Oifigeach Oideachais (ETIM) le COGG. Her work focuses on promoting engaging STEM education through the medium of Irish, organizing events and supporting teachers with innovative resources. COGG (An Chomhairle um Oideachas Gaeltachta & Gaelscolaíochta) COGG supports the teaching and learning of Irish in all schools and of subjects through the medium of Irish in Gaeltacht and Gaelscoil schools. Working across both primary and post-primary education, COGG focuses on three main areas: providing high-quality teaching resources, offering support services, and conducting research to inform best practices and improve Irish-medium education.
