‘Have You Got Maths Eyes?’ Group Initiative Submission Form

Please ensure all your entry details and submission category are correct before submission.

If you would like to submit an entry to the Group Initiative competition for Maths Eyes on behalf of a school or family or community group, you will need to describe your Maths Eyes Group Initiative, describe who was involved, how the project went and what your favourite part was. Create a power point with these elements and a sample of photographs you took during the project and/or some examples of what you developed e.g. the Maths Trail, Maths Eyes posters, etc.

Please Note: You should compile your project as a PowerPoint presentation as follows:

  • Slide 1: Describe who was involved in the project;
  • Slide 2: What the project involved;
  • Slide 3: What your favourite part of the project was;
  • Slide 4-6: Some examples of the photographs or posters you developed during the project.

NOTE: Max file size accepted is 2.1 MB but you will be allowed to share a link to a drive or cloud if you go over the limit; or share it by emailing mathseyes@gmail.com up to 25 Mb; or use a platform like Wetransfer for bigger files and then share the link with mathseyesireland@gmail.com
