All pupils in 5th and 6th classes (ROI) / Year 6 and 7 (NI) are welcome to participate.

Join us for the Mathsweek MEGA QUIZ with Franz Schlindwein where pupils in their own class, collaborate to work as one team, competing against hundreds of other classes from across the country. Last year we had more than 20,000 pupils participate in the Maths Week Mini and Mega Quiz events, simultaneously. The questions nurture collaboration and communication between classmates and as they are posed by video and not in written form, encourage all pupils to become actively involved. They are great fun too!

Using physical maths resources, we pose questions live to pupils via Zoom. The pupils work together on the problems and submit one answer sheet per class. The event takes no longer than one hour.
