Magic with Numbers!

Instructions

• Ask a person to choose a number from 1 – 63.
• Ask them to look at the slides from A to F. Then ask them if their number appears on slide A, B, C… until F.

To read mind. For every slide that their number appears you add the top left hand corner number. If their number does not appear on the slide then you ignore the top left hand corner number.

So for example, if the person chooses 10. Is the number on slide A? NO (so you ignore 1), is it on slide B? YES (so you add 2 to the total), is it on Slide C? NO (so ignore 4), is it on slide D? YES (so you add 8). Is the number on Slide E? NO (ignore 16) and is the number on F? NO (so ignore 32). Therefore the numbers you need to add are 2 and 8 which makes 10.

So the number the person chose was 10!

Now go out and impress the socks off your family and friends.
