Maths in the City Huge Success in Dublin
Maths in the City was a huge success today (15th October 2011)
About 30 volunteers brought maths to the streets of Dublin today. Students, teachers and lecturers from all over Ireland were part of an international team which included 8 from Spain and 8 from England. The weather really obliged until (nearly) the end.
A huge variety of maths was presented in several media including Street Theatre, Maths Music, Magic, Puzzles and interactive demonstrations.
Thanks to all who took part. It's Waterford next and then Belfast next Saturday, for the World's greatest street maths show.
